At Quore, we build for the end user to provide you with the best user experience possible. We work hard to build software that works on a wide array of devices and platforms, so that our software can be utilized on the devices that you use every day.
To ensure the best experience, Quore follows a rolling deprecation schedule for web browser and mobile operating system support. This means that as new browsers and mobile operating systems become available, we will support the latest technologies, while incrementally ending support for older systems. This ensures that you get the latest functionality that we have to offer and that our app takes advantage of the latest features in current operating systems.
We work diligently to maintain backwards compatibility with older devices, however, over time, older devices might not work as well with Quore. So this deprecation schedule is important to consider when you’re selecting devices to use, as older browsers and devices will eventually no longer work with Quore.
Any issues with these non-supported browsers and mobile operating systems may require ensuring your app is up to date if you encounter problems using the latest versions of Quore.
Rolling Deprecation Policy
For web browsers, Quore supports the three latest versions of Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge and Apple Safari. For mobile operating systems, Quore supports our software on the three latest versions of Apple iOS and Android.
As new versions of these web browsers and mobile operating systems are released, the oldest version of each will roll off of our supported list.

Web browsers
- Google Chrome 79, 78, and 77
- Microsoft Edge 44, 42, and 41
- Microsoft Internet Explorer 11
- Apple Safari 13, 12, and 11
Mobile operating systems
- Apple iOS 13, 12, and 11
- Android 10, 9, and 8.0 (As of January 2020, Android 7.0 and 6.0 are still supported by Quore)
* The Amazon Fire family of devices uses a proprietary version of the Android operating system that does not support the Quore Android mobile app. Please do not purchase Amazon Fire devices with the intention of using them with Quore.
For Consideration When Purchasing New Devices
While Quore supports older versions of browsers and mobile operating systems, we recommend purchasing devices that support the latest web browsers and mobile operating systems. This will ensure the greatest future compatibility with Quore’s software.
Support for Older Web Browsers and Mobile Operating Systems
Quore’s rolling deprecation policy goes into effect as of June 1, 2020. This means that, after June 1, 2020, Quore will no longer provide support for web browsers and mobile operating systems that fall out of the latest three browsers or operating systems on the list above. Please check our System Requirements page for the most up-to-date information.
